Staying with Saskatoon Suites was an exceptional experience. This was our second time staying with them, and as always, everything was exactly as described in the listing. Sharmaine’s outstanding follow-up and prompt resolution of all our queries made the stay even more comfortable.

I had a fantastic time at one of the 1 bedroom Urban suite. It was very clean when we arrived, we stayed for 2 months and had the best time. Everything from pots, plates, spoons were readily available. Sharmaine was also always available via email/phone for every question I had. I highly recommend.

When other rentals turned me down due to having a medium-sized dog, Saskatoon suite welcomed me.
The rental I got was fantastic. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and living area. Kitchen had everything I needed.

Saskatoon Suites was my first home in Canada where I stayed for 2 months as I searched for a permanent place. The location was the best in Saskatoon and the views were amazing. The suite was modern and well equipped with everything you need to live, from a hairdryer to a can opener. Full marks for cleanliness too!
Sharmaine who heads Saskatoon Suites is kind, organised and is very patient in dealing with questions and challenges. I was able to make my reservation before arriving in Canada so it was a big relief. I cannot thank Sharmaine enough for all the hands on support she provided us during our stay.
Don’t bother with hotels, just book with Saskatoon Suites straight away, you won’t regret it!

Knew I’d stay at a Saskatoon Suites property even before arriving in Canada. The website is a paragon of clarity and completeness, Sharmaine made the process of signing up super-easy, and the house itself was beautifully furnished, thoughtfully appointed and extremely comfortable. The personalised service is a joy. I had many questions – some very basic – as a newcomer to Canada but Sharmaine has the patience of a saint and gave me clear answers and instructions I could follow without becoming confused. A smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish; I enjoyed my stay, was sorry to leave and am happy to endorse Saskatoon Suites for people looking for a furnished home in Saskatoon. The apartment unit at 130 Avenue C North, Saskatoon, was just as advertised, a fully-furnished two-bedroom unit that had all the amenities we needed. We did not have to buy anything, especially for the kitchen, as all necessary utensils were provided. We received the apartment in a very clean condition and all the appliances worked well during our 45-day stay. The landlord, Mrs. Sharmaine, was very welcoming and our check-out experience was also very good. The location is probably the best part, as it is situated in the business district, close to Midtown Mall, Supermarkets, all the major banks, SGI offices, Open Door Society, UPS store, restaurants and many bus stops etc., basically, all the places you will need to visit if you are arriving in Saskatoon, Canada as a newcomer. I would highly recommend the unit to anyone in need of a high-end furnished accommodation within the downtown area.

We moved to Saskatoon from South Africa at the end of January 2022. We stayed in the Corner Suite for 5 months and we absolutely fell in love with the place. We only came with our clothes and the suite had all we needed and more. It was really tough leaving the place but believed it was time for someone else to enjoy once we had found our longer term home. Sharmaine was very responsive, friendly and easy to deal with. Whenever we had questions she was quick to respond and provide support. I would highly recommend Saskatoon Suites to anyone relocating or requiring temporary accommodation, it is unmatched in terms of cost and comfort.

I stayed at the Edward suite with Rosemary and Richard. They are so wonderful and the best neighbours. Richard would take care of any issues that ever arise and beyond. They were so amazing. The Edward suite was so nice and clean. I couldn’t of asked for better place to live in Saskatoon. Richard also had a little fire place that he would setup for us at night so we can have wine by the fire. It was truly amazing. I highly suggest Richard’s place (the Edward suite). I stayed there for about 11 months and I had a great time.

We rented two condos from Saskatoon Suites for use by Vancouver based executives while working in Saskatoon opening a new office & production facility. From the moment of 1st contact throughout our 10 month stay Sharmaine was professional & responsive. Both condos were well equipped, clean and secure. Each condo had indoor parking and were located in areas that allowed for walking to restaurants and entertainment. Fit & finish of each condos & their buildings were upper end. Without hesitation I would highly recommend Sharmaine & Saskatoon Suites for any long-term stay.

My family and I stayed at The Corner Suite for 2 months and 3 days. The Corner Suite is located just about two minutes walk from Broadway and about six minutes walk from 8th St., two of the trendiest street in Saskatoon which was an ideal location for us as it was a short walk to major grocery store and nice cafes. The suite is also about 5 minutes walk to a nice neighbourhood children’s playground, where my kids always loved to go to. We received a Welcome Binder on arrival that detailed the facilities in the suite and they were exactly as stated! From ice-cream scoop, dishes to beautiful plates, cups (wine glasses inclusive), coffee maker, blender, cooking spices (yes, cooking spices were there), etc. It was indeed a vacation home. When deciding to go there, just go with your suitcase as you are very unlikely to need anything else as we found that they were all provided. The management of the suite were also very accessible and very responsive to emails and phone calls. All these are why they get a 5-star rating from me!

This really is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a “home away from home” type of feeling. Ideal location if you work in downtown Saskatoon. Our flight was delayed and had no mobile connectivity in Saskatoon. Email communication worked well and our check-in went smooth. Any help needed was immediately attended on the phone and even in person. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Forgot something but still were helped even two days after we checked out. Deposit returned within a few days of check-out. Will definitely recommend.

It’s a great location, just minutes from the library, downtown and a 20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Broadway Ave., which has great shops, restaurants and pubs. Fantastic views of the south Sask. river from the condo too. Underground parking was nice on a couple cold days!

I stayed at the Riverfront IV suite for the month of May 2018. From the outset, Sharmaine was prompt, helpful and informative in her responses to phone calls and emails. The reservation and instructions for stay, arrival and departure were clear. When I arrived, I was met by Kathy and Barb who showed me through the unit: The unit was as described on the website: well furnished and other than food everything for my stay was provided. The building was quiet and in a great location. I would have no hesitation in recommending Saskatoon Suites to others or seeking accommodation for myself during future visits.

I work in the power line industry, so coming “home” to a beautiful suite instead of a hotel room was great. Our wives came and stayed with us too. The Vestel II was really nice and comfortable. My family stayed in the top suite at the Edwards location. We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was in top shape with everything we needed for a comfortable four-week stay. The unit itself had wonderfully high ceilings, large windows, comfortable beds and an in-unit washer an dryer. Charmaine and Barbara were both wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any questions/concerns that arose. They have definitely thought of everything a client may need during their stay. I would highly recommend Saskatoon Suites to anyone and would definitely be a return customer on our next visit to Saskatoon!

My family and I stayed in the Stonebridge house over the Christmas holiday. It was an excellent experience, with four good-sized bedrooms, two living room areas, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The house was fully furnished and fully stocked so that all we had to do was buy groceries. The beds were very comfy and all of us gave the showers a five star rating. Any questions were answered immediately, before, during, and after our stay, and any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Well done Sharmaine and Saskatoon Suites, I stayed downtown in a great apartment in the King George, everything was top shape and nothing left out that would be required for the apartment for the stay including everything required to do laundry. Could not fault my stay at all; the parking is a bit tight so if you’re renting a car then rent a small SUV or mid size car. Suite gave the feeling of being a home very well equipped with comfortable furniture and bedding and great flat screen TV. Will definitely contact again for future stays.

I enjoyed my stay in a four bedroom house (Pringle Crescent) while on business in Saskatoon. The house was lovely, nice and clean, and furnished in an inviting manner, felt like home. My bed was fantastic! It was easy to share with workmates because there was lots of room for everyone to have their own space. It was located close to a grocery store, liquor store, Wal-Mart everything you could need. Thank you Sharmaine for being so helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this Saskatoon Suites.

The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything one needs to be comfortable. Someone had obviously paid attention to detail making the place really welcoming. Loved the decor, especially the bedding! I appreciated your orientation binder informing me of everything I needed to know, plus the walk-through when I first arrived. You responded to inquiries promptly and happily. The location itself is wonderful… I do miss living right by the river [in my current living situation.]

Should I ever need a furnished apartment in Saskatoon again, I know where to look.

We have had a number of trips to Saskatoon in the last couple of months staying in loud hotels with hockey teams and kids running up and down hallways. When we googled and found Saskatoon Suites we immediately enquired about accommodations. They were very easy to deal with and the accommodations were exactly what we needed to help unwind and have similar luxuries to that of being home. Our family would definitely recommend Saskatoon Suites.

I stayed for 10 nights at “The Corner Suite” and my expectations were definitely exceeded. The 50″ flat panel TV, 7.1 home theatre surround sound combined with the extremely comfortable sofa made it hard to leave. The suite was 100% furnished with everything you need, from plastic wrap to laundry detergent. It was these small details along with the art work and decor which made it very easy to feel at home in such a short period of time. I would definitely recommend Saskatoon Suites to anyone planning on staying in the area.

I stayed for 7 months and everything was fantastic. The price was high, but the condo was perfect, the view was amazing, it was quiet, pool/hot tub and workout room were great and Sharmaine did everything to make it an extremely enjoyable experience. I liked the place so much, I bought one on the 18th floor and I’m living there now!

Could not rate the experience high enough: the flat was in top condition, well equipped, well maintained and well located. All this reasonably priced.

Sharmaine makes a world of difference. Unexpectedly, our stay had to be extended for a further week. However, the only property Sharmaine had available was not yet 100% finished (ours was already rented out.) Nevertheless, Sharmaine went out of her way to make it happen!

All communication, deposit return, etc. was handled promptly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Saskatoon Suites to anyone.

I had tried to rent a two-bedroom suite back in July for September at Saskatoon Suites because the website looked great, but sadly there wasn’t anything available. Sharmaine was kind enough to give me the names of some of her competitors. I contacted one of them and luckily they had a suite for me. One week, to the day, before I was to travel to Saskatoon I received a call saying the two-bedroom I had booked was not going to be available and their solution was to pull a cot into the living room of a one-bedroom (for my roommate) for 6 days until the two-bedroom was available! I immediately called Sharmaine to see if anything had opened up and happily it had. My stay here has been amazing, the suite is FULLY equipped, clean, comfortable, beautiful and managed expertly. I am in a different location every three weeks for work and this is the second time in 17 months that a place that advertises “move-in ready” actually was.

Saskatoon Suites is Sweet! We needed a furnished apartment for a month long business stay in the Saskatoon area. The location and price that they provided beat the competitors hands down. However, what really set them apart was the personal touches that they provided. We rented a unit that literally was finished a day before we took possession. Needless to say, being so newly finished, there were some rough edges…but they were in there to fix every one of them at a moments notice. Further, each time, they were SO nice…even giving us some great chocolate as a “sorry” (which they certainly did not owe to us) at one point. Heck, they even let us swap out a piece of furniture from another unit under refurbishment to make it more comfortable for us since we were also essentially sick for our entire stay. The unit was exactly what we wanted and needed; the location was superb; and the entire group of people with whom we dealt was just the best. We liked it so much that we just let our deposit float with them since we need to be in Saskatoon for at least a month during three time periods every year…we hope that we can stay with them EVERY time!

We spent 2 months at the Basement Suite, and it was everything we could have hoped for. It was comfortable, close to the amenities on Broadway, and an easy drive. todowntown for work. We had our 1-year-old son with us, and he was as comfy and happy as we were.

I would completely recommend Sharmaine and the Saskatoon Suites if you need to spend 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year in an alternative to a hotel room.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, had a lovely view and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I appreciated the ensuite laundry that even came with laundry soap. The two heated parking spots were convenient to the condo. I didn’t have to drive to work as the condo was convenient to my downtown office.

It is true that all we needed to bring was our clothes and our toothbrushes! It was a home away from our home while our home was being renovated. I can’t think of one thing that was missing.

You did everything you possible to make sure our stay was comfortable, including sending your husband over to explain the TV remotes! I would highly recommend your executive suites to anyone.

My husband and I spent a little more than a month in Saskatoon in the late fall and appreciated a very comfortable accommodation in Saskatoon Suites “Corner Suite” condo. We have quite a bit of experience in short term accommodation, though much of it in less developed areas than Saskatoon. However, I feel those experiences make us well qualified to comment on the comfort and cleanliness and of course convenience of “The Corner Suite”. It was a real pleasure to have a conveniently designed kitchen, a handy laundry room and a really comfortable bed. I would recommend the condo to friends and family with no hesitation and in fact hope that Saskatoon Suites can provide us with accommodation in any subsequent visits to Saskatoon.

For a period of 34 days in October/November of 2010 we were accommodated by Saskatoon Suites in their ‘Corner Suite’, centrally located on the corner of Eastlake Avenue and 4th Street near the Broadway district of Saskatoon. This facility, being fully equipped with quality furnishings, kitchen utensils and appliances, linens, washer and dryer en suite, internet access, telephone and a basic supply of food stuffs to ‘get us started’, proved to be very comfortable. The rental also included a heated garage which was very much appreciated during the very low temperatures experienced during our stay. Our hostess, Sharmaine, was both personable and very helpful. We consider the ‘Saskatoon Suites experience’ to have been exceptionally good value and recommend their services very strongly to anyone needing short term accommodation in Saskatoon.

You literally cross the street and you’re right there on the river path for your walk. The suite itself was unbelievable too. Well organized, really nice decor, well furnished. You can just walk to the shopping centre and downtown. I have nothing bad to say about it.
